We prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, limited companies, charities, clubs and associations. We prepare your accounts to help in the completion of self-assessment tax returns as required by HMRC. We produce financial statements to file at Companies House in the form of abbreviated accounts to ensure that the minimum amount of your financial information is made public, in line with relevant legislation. We prepare all our accounts to agreed timescales and deadlines.
We do more than just report the history of what has already happened with your business. We look to identify areas of your business that give you the most opportunity to make improvements and use the financial statements or management accounts to help you assess where you are in meeting your goals and we advise you on the actions you may wish to take.

Preparation of Management Accounts
We also use our expertise to produce management accounts during the financial year, primarily on a monthly or quarterly basis. These can be used as a starting point for discussions about the performance of you business and allow us to advise on future strategies.
